Your area of responsibility

You have the talent to understand the learning needs of companies and address them with the right solutions in the area of learning content. Your main tasks include:

• Leadership & Strategy: You lead the Learning Content Services team and further develop the content strategy in line with the company’s objectives. In doing so, you consolidate all activities related to in-house and purchased e-learning content in one place
• Assortment & Partner Management: You are responsible for the range of standard courses, maintain partnerships with content providers, and develop these strategically
• Content Operations & Marketing: You manage the operational implementation and management of courses with suitable tools and work closely with marketing and sales for promotion
• Project Management: You take responsibility for quality, timing, and goal achievement of all author projects and client assignments
• Hands-on Content Creation: You design and develop e-learnings yourself if needed – from didactic consulting of clients through storyboarding to the use of multimedia elements

What you bring to our team

• A completed degree or a completed technical or commercial basic training with additional training in media technology, web, graphics/design, communication or similar
• Leadership training or proven several years of leadership experience in a comparable environment, e.g. at an LMS provider, an e-learning provider or an e-learning agency
• Experience in commercially oriented functions (quotations, price definition, negotiations)
• Experience in adult education and with e-learning authoring tools is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
• Digital understanding and a strong affinity for software solutions
• A likeable and beneficial personality with pronounced communication skills and high customer orientation
• Quick comprehension as well as a structured and results-oriented working style
