Tasks
- Understanding the core business of a supermarket from A to Z
- Training in all departments, procedures, processes and systems
- Introduction to a leadership role in a sales outlet as a district manager or deputy managing director
- Willingness to complete internal specialist training in sales, inventory management, self-competence and leadership
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and/or professional experience in retail
- Confident appearance, assertiveness and high social competence
- Commitment and willingness to engage for common goals
- Organisational talent, flexibility and the ability to remain calm even in hectic situations
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
