Responsibilities:
You manage all HR services related to payroll, personnel administration, time management and social insurance.
The professional and personnel leadership of the HR services and payroll team is your responsibility.
You oversee the complete payroll processing and ensure correct monthly and annual accounts as well as timely processing of withholding tax, social insurance and daily allowances.
You analyse existing HR processes, identify optimisation potential and implement sustainable digitalisation and automation solutions.
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR or payroll function.
You have a commercial or business administration education and further training in HR, payroll or social insurance.
Experience in process optimisation, digitalisation and further development of HR services is part of your profile.
You work independently, precisely and in a structured manner and have a high quality and sense of responsibility.
You have confident German language skills.
