Tasks

• Processing and management of contracts
• Coordination and arrangement of appointments
• Organisation and dispatch of invitations
• Processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
• Support with general administrative and organisational tasks
• 3 fixed working days per week, Friday mandatory

Requirements

• Commercial or comparable training
• Very good German language skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Discreet, reliable and careful working method
• Independence, organisational talent and initiative
• Professional and service-oriented appearance
