Technical Clerk (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Support and advise customers on all questions and concerns by phone, e-mail
- Recording and processing customer orders and complaints in the SAP system
- Coordination and monitoring of order processing and service deployments
- Preparation of offers, order confirmations
- Maintenance of the customer database and management of customer master data
- Responsible for the reception area
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training with a technical flair
- Or technical basic training with further education
- Relevant professional experience in customer service / back office
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Excellent communication skills and friendly manner in dealing with customers
- Organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Reliable and structured working style even in stressful situations
- High team spirit
- Fluent German and good English skills
