Do you want to contribute your IT know-how to digitalisation in healthcare? In this role, you will maintain and develop clinical information systems for the documentation and management of patient data. You will ensure stable operation and support the specialist departments with technical concerns and adjustments.
You will work closely with users, internal IT departments and external software partners. Additionally, you will be involved in system expansions, interface connections and the continuous optimisation of clinical processes.
Responsibilities:
Operation, maintenance and further development of patient information and patient data management systems
Configuration and adjustment of user interfaces for clinical documentation
Monitoring system availability as well as analysing and resolving technical faults
Coordination of updates, system adjustments and requirements from clinical departments
Support in connecting medical devices and in projects related to rollouts and system expansions
Handling support cases at 2nd level and coordinating 3rd-level support with external suppliers
Qualifications:
Education or training in computer science or a comparable qualification
Experience with database-supported applications
Knowledge of server technologies, databases and interfaces is an advantage
Basic knowledge of SQL, PowerShell or C# is a plus
Professional experience in healthcare is an advantage
Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style, very good German skills as well as willingness to do on-call duties after training; English skills are an advantage
