What you will achieve

• You will work operationally in Corporate Case Management and manage your case portfolio effectively and proactively, taking into account social and economic aspects
• You will professionally handle simple as well as complex cases, strengthened by your several years of practical experience
• You will coach our managers in attendance and case management in a service-oriented and collegial manner
• You will actively and solution-oriented collaborate with all social insurance partners, daily sickness benefits insurance (KTG) and accident insurance (UVG)
• You will contribute ideas to optimise the processes of attendance and case management

What you bring

• Education: Federal Specialist Certificate
• Specialisation: or CAS in social insurance and/or case management is mandatory
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in case management including handling complex cases in a large company and/or in the insurance sector
• Implementation-strong personality with a high sense of responsibility and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact constructively with different stakeholders, even in challenging situations
• High level of analytical and interconnected thinking as well as clear prioritisation for effective problem solving
• Trustworthy and open personality
• Affinity for handling a variety of IT applications
• Driving licence and willingness to travel
• German (C1)
