Role:
Cloud infrastructure thrives on continuous development, and this is exactly where the position comes in. As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you form a central hub within an agile release train. You actively shape the build and maintenance of modern cloud environments and drive the automation of classic operational tasks. Feature teams appreciate you as a competent contact for CI/CD, cloud services, and monitoring. You always keep an eye on technological trends such as AI-supported automation.
Responsibilities:
You build and continuously develop the cloud infrastructure
You automate recurring operational tasks and optimise existing processes
You support feature teams on topics around CI/CD, cloud services, and performance
You monitor market and technology trends, especially in the area of AI-supported automation
You also ensure that monitoring solutions function reliably and are further developed
Furthermore, you actively contribute your knowledge to the agile release train
Qualifications:
You have completed tertiary education in computer science or business informatics
You bring several years of experience in cloud engineering of complex system landscapes, ideally with Terraform
You are well versed in DevOps tools and the implementation of CI/CD pipelines
You are experienced in using version control and ticketing systems such as Github or Jira
You are confident working with container services like Kubernetes
You also know agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum and ideally microservice development with Java Spring Boot
