Located in the heart of Lausanne, we are an SME with around fifty passionate collaborators. We develop tipee, a time management application and HR portal that has been simplifying our clients' lives for over 10 years.

Operating in a participative and agile manner, our company is organised into circles where everyone is autonomous, has a say, and opportunities for growth within the company. All this with a positive impact for our clients, colleagues, the community, and the environment.

To develop our commercial activities, we are currently looking for a Business Developer tipee FR - DE (60%-100%) to meet demand and introduce tipee to our potential clients based in French-speaking Switzerland.

Your day at tipee:

• you handle leads obtained through our various marketing actions

• you organise online demonstrations (and sometimes on-site) for our potential clients

• you then prepare a personalised offer for them

• aware of the importance of follow-up, you occasionally contact them by email and phone to answer their questions

• you participate in our various events (HR fairs, client events, etc.)

• you contribute to reflections concerning our various commercial & marketing actions

You have...

• an excellent commercial instinct

• a reputation for being an open, lively person who enjoys contact

• good listening skills and a resourceful mind

• a good command of modern IT tools

• an interest in new technologies and digital marketing

• ideally some experience in the HR field
