What you can achieve
- Responsible for business development of products and life-cycle management solutions in the defence aviation sector
- Analysing market trends, customer needs and competitors to unlock new market potentials
- Developing and evaluating new business opportunities and growth areas
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships and collaborations (with start-ups and OEMs)
- Participating in and leading strategic projects in the Air business unit in close cooperation with internal departments, partners and customers
- Defining sales strategies and supporting sales in customer discussions and offers
What you bring
- Engineering degree with business management further education
- Proven professional experience in a comparable role in an industrial environment
- Strong affinity for technology & aviation
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Communicative personality with a convincing manner and negotiation skills
- Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
