Your Tasks

• Leading shifts according to planning
• Implementing customer orientation and sales standards in our stores
• Supporting personnel planning, staff management and store organisation
• Merchandise disposition and product presentation
• Cashiering duties

Your Profile

• Professional experience in sales or a comparable sector
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Flexibility regarding working hours (Mon-Sat between 05:00-22:00; early and/or late shifts of approx. 9 hours each)
• Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• High motivation, commitment and resilience
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
