Tasks
- Be the primary contact for all phone inquiries and support requests.
- Handle complaints and process orders efficiently.
- Log customer issues in SAP/Salesforce and develop solutions.
Skills
- Fluent in Swiss German/German; Italian/French (C1 preferred).
- Strong communication skills and resilience in customer interactions.
- Good PC knowledge to ease your onboarding process.

Are you communicative, resilient, and enjoy customer contact? Then come to us, we will promote and develop you. We are looking for several team players for our department in Basel starting immediately.
- You are the first point of contact for all telephone inquiries
- You handle complaints and take over support and order service
- You record customer concerns in the system (SAP/Salesforce)
- You analyze the diverse customer problems and develop suitable solutions
- Working hours from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 22:00
- You are ready for deployment from September
- Swiss German / German is your mother tongue
- You master Italian and/or French in spoken and written form (C1 is desired)
- English is always welcome
- You enjoy dealing with customers and like working in a lively team
- Good PC skills simplify the entry
- You are looking for a hybrid working model, in which you can work from home after the training period
- You are available immediately and can start in August 2025
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- After the training phase (probation period), part-time and home office are possible
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- For each additional national language, you will receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)
- Until the 5th year of service, one additional vacation day each year
- For Sunday and holiday shifts, you will receive bonuses of up to 50%
