About the job

At KMP, we combine architecture, planning, and realisation under one roof. Together, we bear the responsibility from the first sketch to the handover of keys and successfully implement real estate projects. We are looking for you as an architect with a sense of design and joy in drafting.

Your tasks

• You independently design projects and prepare building applications
• You clarify building law, structural, and technical issues
• You communicate with clients, authorities, and specialist planners
• You independently manage the approval procedures
• You accompany the execution of your projects in terms of design

Your profile

• You have a qualification as an architect ETH or FH
• You enjoy drafting and have a good sense of design
• You bring professional experience in project design in Switzerland
• You are a creative and communicative personality
• You have business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• You are proficient and experienced in ArchiCAD
