About the job
The Zurich Cantonal Bank is the second largest universal bank and the largest cantonal bank in Switzerland. With a strong regional presence in the Zurich economic area, it has stood for stability, trust and sustainable action for over 150 years. It combines economic stability and long-term orientation with the consistent further development of its offerings. The goal: to provide a convincing customer experience both personally and digitally.
This is exactly where the Client Channels division comes in. The focus is on central digital and physical touchpoints between ZKB and its customers, connecting needs with technology, processes, user experience, security and operations. These include, among others, e-banking, mobile banking as well as digital opening, onboarding and lifecycle processes.
Within Client Channels, the ID Management & API Banking team is responsible for secure access to ZKB's digital banking services. The focus is on Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), i.e. the management of digital customer identities and their access authorisation, as well as the open banking platform. The specialist team and DevOps work closely together and accompany their solutions from conception to stable operation.
For the specialist team, we are looking for you as an experienced personality at the interface between business and IT.
Your challenge
- Active co-design of the open banking platform and solutions for digital customer identities and their authentication
- Collection, analysis and modelling of business and technical requirements as well as conversion into implementable features, user stories, specifications and test cases
- Technical management of work packages, sub-projects and parallel projects from conception to go-live
- Close collaboration with development and support in testing, rollouts and the introduction of new solutions
- Ensuring stable operation as well as compliance with regulatory and security-related requirements
- Regular assumption of operational responsibility including analysis and coordination of business and technical disruptions in second- and third-level support
- Consulting internal and external partners on requirements, feasibility, dependencies and necessary decisions
Your qualities and talents
- Completed studies (university, university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics, economics or similar
- At least five years of professional experience in technically oriented business engineering/business analysis, technical project management or technical application management
- At least three years of experience in Customer Identity & Access Management or in the platform-related open banking or open finance environment
- Ability to specify requirements so that development teams can implement concrete solutions from them
- Experience in process and data analysis as well as in requirements elicitation and modelling, e.g. with UML, BPMN or mock-ups
- Good understanding of backend systems, APIs, authentication and security; knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect or consent management is an advantage
- Experience in coordinating technical projects and in agile working models such as Scrum or SAFe
- Analytical, independent and team-oriented personality with strong drive, clear communication and enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders
- German language skills at least at C1 level as well as good English skills
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you shape business-critical platforms that enable secure access to ZKB's digital offerings. In doing so, you combine technical understanding with conceptual strength and accompany your topics through to productive operation. Are you tempted by a role with a lot of personal responsibility and direct influence on digital customer interfaces?
Then Flurin Schwager looks forward to receiving your application documents or your call.
