Simulation Technician at 80%
Contribute to the development of professionals' skills through simulation.
Within the Training Centre, you play a key role in the preparation, implementation and smooth running of simulation activities. A true partner to trainers, you apply your technical, organisational and logistical skills to provide an effective and safe learning environment.

Your mission:
- Ensure the coordination and preparation of rooms, equipment and infrastructure necessary for simulation activities;
- programme, configure and operate simulators, mannequins and audiovisual equipment;
- guarantee the proper functioning, maintenance and first-level servicing of technical, IT and audiovisual equipment;
- manage equipment, stocks and consumables necessary for the service's activities;
- support trainers and users in the technical implementation of simulation scenarios;
- ensure the technical and logistical coordination of services as well as the reception of participants;
- participate in continuous improvement, development projects and the integration of new simulation technologies.
Your profile:
- Recognised tertiary education in health, technology or an equivalent field;
- professional experience in the health sector;
- training in simulation; the DU Santé Specialist in Simulation Techniques and Teaching is an asset or willingness to undertake it;
- good knowledge of IT, audiovisual and digital tools;
- ease in using and learning various technologies;
- organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage several activities simultaneously;
- initiative, solution orientation and interest in innovation;
- excellent interpersonal skills and enjoyment in collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds;
- manual dexterity, creativity and ability to solve technical problems and develop practical, adapted solutions.
