Quality Management Specialist 

As part of the dedicated quality team in the DACH region, you will ensure that processes, products, and systems comply with applicable regulatory requirements and the highest quality standards.

Your tasks:

• Quality Management & Compliance: Maintenance and further development of the QMS, compliance with HACCP, ISO, and FSSC standards, creation and maintenance of SOPs and quality documents.

• Audits & Certifications: Planning, leading, and follow-up of audits, support during inspections, certification management, and CAPA measures.

• Product & Equipment Validation: Planning and execution of validations and qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ), creation and approval of validation documents and risk assessments.

• Process Optimisation: Analysis and improvement of quality processes, deviation, change control, CAPA, and risk management.

• Reporting & Key Figures: Preparation of quality reports, KPI analyses, and management reports as well as derivation of improvement measures.

• IT & Document Management: Maintenance of quality-relevant data, SAP and SharePoint, ensuring data integrity and compliant documentation.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in quality management, food technology, pharmacy, natural sciences, or a comparable field.

• 3–5 years in quality management of regulated industries as well as experience in conducting audits, certifications, and inspections.

• Sound knowledge in QMS, validation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) as well as in CAPA, deviation, risk, and change management.

• Confident use of SAP, SharePoint, MS Office, and electronic quality management systems.

• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

• Analytical and structured working style, strong communication skills, initiative, and high quality awareness.

Nice to haves:

• Auditor qualification
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP, GDP, GxP, and HACCP
• Experience in international production environments
