To strengthen our team in the restaurant, we are looking for a motivated and committed manager (m/f/d), 100%, at the Emmen location from 01.09.2026.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the Manora restaurant (Manora Restaurant / Manora Pizza Pasta / Manora Fresh to go).
- You are responsible for planning and implementing budget targets.
- You analyse the relevant key figures and derive concrete improvement measures.
- You ensure the training and development of employees as well as junior talents.
- You recognise local and seasonal customer needs, conduct internal and external benchmarks and implement any optimisations.
- You ensure the smooth running of daily business and consistently implement quality and hygiene guidelines.
- You create a dynamic working atmosphere and convey positive energy.
- You ensure active and cooperative communication and collaboration with headquarters and suppliers.
- You independently conduct hiring, termination and employee discussions.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in gastronomy or have attended hotel school.
- You have already proven yourself in an equivalent success-oriented position and understand the responsibility of such a role.
- You are skilled in personnel management and can inspire your team with excellent leadership qualities.
- You hold the innkeeper’s licence.
- You live and love the role of host.
- You have excellent business acumen and are sales- and results-oriented.
- You can maintain calm and overview in hectic situations through your dynamic nature.
- You enjoy strategic tasks as well as evaluations (ad hoc analyses, KPIs, etc.).
- You can lead your team in a results-oriented manner, inspire with your coaching qualities and motivate sustainably.
- You are innovative, process-oriented and strive for new challenges.
