Cybersecurity today determines the operational capability of an entire company. As Cyber Defence & Compliance Manager, you shape the security strategy together with ICT management and implement it consistently. You are responsible for technical protective measures, manage risk assessments and conduct investigations in the event of security incidents. In doing so, you work closely with departments across various regions.
Responsibilities:
You develop security policies, standards and procedures for all systems and platforms and enforce them
You lead threat and risk analyses and coordinate appropriate measures to mitigate risks
Furthermore, you accompany the design and introduction of technical security controls such as firewalls, endpoint protection and SIEM
You manage the response to security incidents, conduct investigations and are responsible for recovery planning
Additionally, you assess vulnerabilities and security alerts during ongoing operations
You also conduct regular security audits and penetration tests and report the results to management
Qualifications:
You have a university degree in computer science, information security, engineering or a comparable technical field
You hold a recognised certification, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or CompTIA Security+
Extensive technical knowledge of security technologies such as IDS/IPS and endpoint protection distinguishes you
Furthermore, you are familiar with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls from practical experience
You have at least 3 years of experience in risk management and with regulatory data protection requirements
In addition, you communicate confidently in German and English, with French rounding off your profile
