About the job
Available immediately or by arrangement.
Work location: Bern, Basel, Lucerne or partially in Zurich.
Possibility for home office.
You combine building physics with sustainable construction and develop practical, economical solutions. In doing so, you actively shape our projects and services.
Your Tasks
You independently manage diverse building construction projects in the field of building physics and expertly accompany them through the various project phases. For modern timber constructions, you develop simple, practical solutions that meet the building physics requirements. When faced with technical questions, you seek creative and economical approaches – always with an eye on the overall project. At our completed buildings, you conduct measurements, evaluate findings, and help us continuously develop our solutions and apply measures precisely where they have the greatest impact. You carry out sustainability assessments of buildings and integrate sustainability aspects early in the planning process. You prepare GEAK documents.
What is Important for This Role
You have completed studies in (timber) civil engineering or architecture. You already have project experience in building physics and are eager to further develop this specialist area with us. BIM is not a foreign word to you: you enjoy digital tools and developing and digitising processes together. You are confident in using CAD software. You work in a structured, precise, and independent manner and keep an overview even with more complex issues. You enjoy working in a team and appreciate a collegial environment with an open and direct feedback and communication culture.
What Awaits You With Us
A lot of personal responsibility, creative freedom – with the opportunity to actively further develop our services in building physics and sustainability. A closely supported onboarding: from the start, you will have a personal mentor. This way, you get to know our projects, working methods, and the team step by step and always have a fixed contact person. Flexible working hours and the possibility of a longer break. Regular internal and external training. An open, respectful, and direct communication and feedback culture. A family-like team – including ski weekends, shared mid-morning breaks, and spontaneous after-work drinks.
Sound like you?
Send us your CV, call us, or contact us directly via LinkedIn. If it fits both sides, we would like to get to know you personally without complications.
