Building Permit Specialist (60 - 100 %)

Tasks

• Advising property owners, planners, and the public on planning and building law issues
• Leading and coordinating building permit procedures
• Reviewing and assessing building applications
• Drafting building decisions and statements as well as handling objections
• Accompanying construction projects up to the building acceptance

Profile

• Education or professional experience in construction, planning, or legal fields, for example in architecture, construction planning, site management, building administration, spatial planning, or planning and building law
• Interest in planning and building law
• Enjoyment in contact with property owners, planners, and the public
• Good written communication skills and enthusiasm for assessing technical and legal issues
• Independent, solution-oriented working style
