For our location Bern Wankdorf, we are looking for a Consultant who is eager to take on responsibility and actively develop our market in the canton of Bern.

What to expect in this role

As a Consultant, you are the central point of contact between our services and the SMEs in the Bern region. You drive growth, build sustainable customer relationships, and position Manpower as a strong partner for recruitment solutions.

In this role, you will not take on operational recruiting tasks – you will focus entirely on sales, consulting, and business development.

You will:

• Acquire new SME clients in the canton of Bern and further develop existing partnerships
• Identify market potentials and turn them into real business opportunities
• Advise companies on how our services can solve their personnel challenges in the long term
• Become a reliable contact for decision-makers
• Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to implement successful projects together
• Actively shape the Bern location and contribute your own ideas

What you bring:

We are looking for someone with energy, persuasiveness, and genuine joy in customer work.

Someone who likes to get out there, build relationships, and prefers to act rather than wait.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruiting sales
• Success in acquiring new customers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A structured, entrepreneurial way of working
• Confident use of modern tools (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Very good German skills; Swiss German and English are a plus
