ARCHITECT (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Architect / Project Manager to handle and lead demanding national and international building projects. You will accompany architecture and interior architecture projects through SIA phases 21-53 and take on both design and planning responsibilities. The focus is on concept and execution planning, BIM-based project processing with ArchiCAD, and the development of high-quality constructive details. At the same time, you coordinate clients, authorities, specialist planners, and internal project teams, ensuring consistently high planning and design quality.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of architecture and interior architecture projects through SIA phases 21-53
Development and further processing of concept, project, approval, and execution plans
Assuming design leadership and ensuring consistent architectural quality throughout the project duration
Development and planning of demanding constructive, material-related, and design details
Creation and coordination of 3D building models and plan documents with ArchiCAD/BIM
Management of planning interfaces between architecture, interior architecture, structural engineering, and building services
Coordination and alignment with clients, authorities, specialist planners, and internal project teams
Creation and coordination of building permit, work, detail, and execution documents
Ensuring planning according to relevant SIA standards, building regulations, and project-specific quality requirements
Conducting plan and quality checks as well as coordinating and resolving technical interfaces
Supporting projects during the tendering and realisation phases and assisting with design and technical issues on site
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at FH, ETH or university level
At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture in Switzerland, ideally with project management responsibility
Solid experience in handling projects across several SIA phases, especially in design and execution planning
Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD, BIM and 3D plan processing
Profound knowledge in construction, detail planning and design project development
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards as well as Swiss planning and approval procedures
Very good German language skills spoken and written
