Proplaning realises architecture. Together with renowned partners, we draw on many years of experience and extensive know-how as general planners of a wide variety of projects. With over 70 employees, we accompany demanding construction projects from planning to realisation.

For our teams in Basel and Zurich, we are looking for a committed individual to provide administrative and organisational support to our project and construction managers.

Applications from persons in project-oriented sectors outside the construction industry are also welcome.

YOUR TASKS

• Administrative and organisational support for project and construction managers
• Organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings including minute-taking
• Management of appointment, cost and pending item overviews
• Administration and maintenance of project documentation and digital project files
• Support with tenders, awards, contract administration, invoice verification and cost control
• Handling project correspondence as well as creating presentations, reports and evaluations

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in an assistant, project assistant or coordination role is an advantage
• Experience in construction, architecture, planning or project environment is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital document management
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• Organisational skills, service orientation and confident German language skills
• Sense of responsibility, initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
