To complement our reception team at the main branch in St. Gallen, we are looking for a committed and friendly person to start immediately or by arrangement

Front-/Back Office Employee 80 - 100%

As the face of our company, you present yourself to our customers courteously and with high professionalism, are approachable and convince through great flexibility and enthusiasm. You also place great value on a "togetherness" – you consider yourself a team player.

Your tasks

• Welcoming customers with appointment management, operating the telephone switchboard, invoicing
• Patient administration, customer service as well as general administrative tasks

Your profile

• Preferably you have several years of experience in reception and/or patient administration
• Completed basic training, ideally in a commercial field, health insurance, MPA, dental assistant, pharmacy/drugstore, hotel management, or similar
• Good and confident PC user skills
• Quick comprehension
• Independent and reliable working style
• Customer-oriented, flexible, helpful, skilled and resilient personality
