Are you at home in Swiss accounting, independently preparing financial statements and also familiar with payroll processing?

For our client, an internationally active industrial company with a Swiss location in Lotzwil, we are looking for an experienced specialist to take responsibility for finance accounting and payroll of the Swiss companies.
You will not face a pure administrative role, but a versatile specialist responsibility with a high degree of independence, short decision-making paths and a small, supportive team.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the finance accounting of several Swiss companies
• Independent preparation and coordination of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsibility for payroll processing including social insurances and year-end tasks
• Coordination between payroll and finance accounting as well as preparation of VAT returns
• Technical contact person for questions regarding accounting and payroll
• Professional support of the deputy and transfer of your know-how

Your profile

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in Swiss accounting as well as practical payroll experience
• Confidence in monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
• Sound knowledge of social insurances and value added tax
• Independent, structured and precise working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in passing on expertise and reliably managing several companies
