About the job
The University of Teacher Education Lucerne is a centre of expertise and impetus for teacher education, pedagogy and didactics. It comprises various degree programmes with around 2,500 students in training as well as the areas of research & development and continuing education & services.
As of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, we have the following position to fill:
Programme Manager PS
Your tasks
- Operational and administrative management of the Primary Level degree programme in close cooperation with the programme management
- Conceptual collaboration in the strategic further development of the degree programme
- Advising prospective and enrolled students on study planning
- Student management, including admission examinations, study progression planning in diploma extension studies and special study variants
- Management of module and workload planning as well as ensuring knowledge management
- Support with internal and external communication, as well as information events
Your profile
- University degree at master’s level or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in teacher education or in a higher education environment desirable
- Independent, precise, reliable working style and organisational skills
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in advising
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written language
- Proficient use of digital tools (MS Office, knowledge of Evento advantageous)
- Openness, resilience and ability to work in a team
