Group Leader Service, Stampfenbach Location

Tasks

• You lead the service in the dining room and the public restaurant, ensuring that all processes and tasks are always carried out punctually and with the highest quality.
• You actively participate in the planning of offerings and the execution of events and support the service team at banquets and functions.
• You participate in projects of the overall operation and take on further tasks as needed in consultation with the hospitality management.
• You instruct new employees and trainees and support practical induction and training.
• You maintain regular contact and good cooperation with the other team leaders in the hospitality area and also ensure the interprofessional interfaces with other departments in the house.

Profile

• High hospitality as well as enjoyment in contact with our residents, external guests and employees
• Completed apprenticeship as a restaurant or hotel specialist EFZ, preferably with further training as an area manager and initial leadership experience
• Trainer certificate and experience in training apprentices are mandatory
• Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of common IT programmes (Word and Excel)
• Assertiveness, willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts

The annual salary for this position ranges depending on experience between CHF 70,300.– and CHF 93,936.– (100%).
