On behalf of the Canton of Bern, Diaconis’ labour integration offers various labour market measures for the sustainable professional integration of job-seeking persons. One of these is the EAR measure (Assessment of Labour Market-Relevant Resources), a status assessment and potential evaluation for German- and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at people with an unclear reintegration strategy when there is a need to clarify labour market-relevant skills and the integration potential for the labour market is to be assessed. The results form an important basis for further professional integration. The referring agency is the regional employment centre (RAV).
