• You actively shape the development of the tax consulting division at the Bern location and thus influence the sustainable success of Balmer-Etienne in the region.
• With entrepreneurial spirit and networking talent, you open up new business opportunities, establish targeted contacts and continuously expand our network in the Bern region.
• You commit to building a team, lead it with expertise, trust and enthusiasm, and promote a culture of joint action.
• You advise companies and private individuals on complex national and international tax matters – solution-oriented, forward-looking and on equal footing.
• With your ideas and commitment, you actively shape our market position and drive the further development of the location as well as Balmer-Etienne as a whole.

Your profile BEexcited, because you

• have a university or university of applied sciences degree and have further trained as a certified tax expert.
• can look back on many years of professional experience (at least 10–15 years) in Swiss and international tax law for natural and legal persons.
• already have leadership experience and enjoy developing people.
• are well anchored and networked in the Bern region and actively bring this strength into your work.
• are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative and a solution-oriented working style.
• are open, empathetic and strong in communication and enjoy working on equal terms with clients and colleagues.
• have very good IT skills (MS Office, Dr. Tax, TaxWare) and bring fluent German and business fluent English – French skills are an advantage.
