Responsibilities
- Deputising for management and taking overall responsibility in their absence
- Co-responsibility for the organisational, professional, financial and personnel management of the market
- Leading and supporting department heads as well as around 40 employees
- Ensuring a high level of sales readiness and smooth daily operations
- Ensuring active customer care and attractive product presentation
- Ensuring a high level of freshness and quality performance in the market
- Implementing efficient operational processes and compliance with procedures and guidelines
- Bringing entrepreneurial thinking, leadership strength and customer orientation for the sustainable success of the market
Requirements
- Basic training in retail or gastronomy with further education in trade (at least retail specialist) or hotel management school
- Experience in a comparable role in trade or gastronomy
- Entrepreneurially minded, winning leadership personality with several years of leadership experience and high social competence
- Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in actively maintaining our diverse professional customers
- Enjoyment in dealing with people, numbers and organisational tasks
- Conceptual, planning and networked thinking
- Ideally residing and rooted in the region
