Role:
Do you want to combine your purchasing experience with technical expertise? In this position, you manage procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure a reliable flow of goods. At the same time, you analyse economic potentials and support the further development of purchasing processes.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for procuring technical components and ensuring reliable order processing.
You negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contract agreements with existing and new suppliers.
You keep an eye on delivery deadlines and incoming invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
You investigate procurement markets and economic potentials and conduct make-or-buy analyses.
You coordinate the handling of quality defects, returns, and repair orders.
You maintain supplier contacts and relevant master data in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
You have a business management qualification at HF or FH level, for example as a certified business economist HF or with a business management university degree.
You bring several years of professional experience in industrial purchasing, preferably from mechanical engineering.
You are familiar with technical components and related documentation.
You work confidently with SAP and MS Office.
You have negotiation-level German and English skills.
