Your tasks

• Administration and support of our central IT infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Citrix environment)
• Management and support of Windows, thin clients, and laptops
• Configuration and maintenance of the network including HP switches and firewalls
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) for smartphones and tablets
• Management and support of Microsoft 365 including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint
• Participation in IT projects as well as the further development of the IT security structure
• Contact person for IT-related questions of employees (Help Desk)

Your profile

• Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist system integration) or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in the areas of Windows environment, Citrix, vSphere, network technology, and MDM
• Experience in dealing with Microsoft 365 and common tools in the IT environment
• Analytical thinking, independent working style, and ability to work in a team
• High service orientation and sense of responsibility
• High self-motivation, team and networking skills, as well as willingness to travel within Switzerland
