Your tasks

• With your competent and service-oriented manner, you inspire your team and our Louis community
• You are responsible for ensuring that the branch meets our standards, optimise workflows and keep an eye on important key figures
• You are committed to the professional leadership and motivation of your branch team and also promote the training and development of your employees
• Whether stocking goods, pricing or cashiering: your team can always count on you on the shop floor

Your profile

• You have completed training in retail or have a comparable qualification, have already gained several years of professional experience and taken on leadership tasks
• You convince with the ability to inspire and motivate employees as well as your independent working style and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Team spirit, flexibility and a high level of willingness to take responsibility characterise you
• You look forward to getting to know the fascination of motorcycling more closely with us or ideally already have a connection to the topic of motorcycling
