Your tasks
- Lead complex international development, technology and industrialization projects from initiation through market implementation
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
- Act as the primary interface towards internal and external stakeholders, including customers where applicable
- Ensure transparent project governance, reporting and escalation management
- Facilitate project reviews, gate reviews and steering committee meetings
- Drive stakeholder alignment and foster effective collaboration across matrix organizations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization and professionalization of project management standards, methods and best practices
- Support strategic initiatives and technology development programs
- Promote a Quality First mindset and professional project execution culture
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Natural Sciences or equivalent
- Several years of successful project management experience in an international industrial environment
- Proven track record leading complex development projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of product development, technology development and industrialization processes
- Proven experience leading product development projects in an international environment
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and governance
- PMP preferred, IPMA or equivalent project management certification is also welcome
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Structured, solution-oriented and resilient personality
- Fluent in English and German language
