Your tasks

• Lead complex international development, technology and industrialization projects from initiation through market implementation
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
• Act as the primary interface towards internal and external stakeholders, including customers where applicable
• Ensure transparent project governance, reporting and escalation management
• Facilitate project reviews, gate reviews and steering committee meetings
• Drive stakeholder alignment and foster effective collaboration across matrix organizations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization and professionalization of project management standards, methods and best practices
• Support strategic initiatives and technology development programs
• Promote a Quality First mindset and professional project execution culture

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Natural Sciences or equivalent
• Several years of successful project management experience in an international industrial environment
• Proven track record leading complex development projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of product development, technology development and industrialization processes
• Proven experience leading product development projects in an international environment
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and governance
• PMP preferred, IPMA or equivalent project management certification is also welcome
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Structured, solution-oriented and resilient personality
• Fluent in English and German language
