Whether analytical, creative, or both — the main thing is that you enjoy ECM software, IT, and digitalisation. Whether you are still studying or have already solved many cases is secondary to us. If you already have M-Files experience, you are a real stroke of luck for us. And if you are just starting out: Sherlock was not born a master detective either — we are happy to train you well. With your technical know-how, you will make us — a young, growing company aiming to digitalise the fiduciary industry — smile from ear to ear.

Your investigator profile. Hand on heart — does this sound like you?

• Computer science is your field? World-class. You acquired your technical know-how in another way? Also great. The main thing is that you know how to set up and configure a system.

• You see digitalisation as an opportunity to sustainably optimise processes — basically the red thread at the crime scene.

• IT is practically your middle name? You don’t need to look up database queries and networks in the archive.

• DMS or ECM configurations? Elementary, my dear Watson — I can already do it or definitely want to learn.

• Your German is so solid that even the Duden nods briefly.

• Start-up vibe, hands-on mentality, and flexibility sound exciting to you — you don’t need instructions from Scotland Yard.

A note close to our hearts — because even Sherlock did not take every case: From experience, people from the fields of Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Requirements Engineering do not feel quite at home in this role. We prefer to be honest about this upfront rather than you having to find out yourself.

Your next cases

• You support companies in finding tailor-made solutions in ECM M-Files.

• You analyse your customers’ processes together with them, recognise their needs, and develop concrete technical solutions — no case is the same.

• You like to carry out technical configurations in the system yourself and dare to try something out. Enola would say: “Rules are just recommendations.”

• You accompany ECM projects in close contact with customers — from the first suspicion to the solved file.
