Your Perspective with Us:
In this role, you combine project management, compliance expertise and strategic development. You will have the opportunity to actively shape group-wide AML initiatives and effect sustainable changes at the interface between sales, compliance and IT. You will benefit from a cross-location expert network and diverse development opportunities within Group Business Compliance.
- Leading project streams and actively shaping strategic AML initiatives within the LLB Group with a focus on sales and customer interface
- Designing, implementing and further developing customer-oriented AML processes in close collaboration with compliance, front office and IT departments
- Conducting business analyses as well as preparing reports and management information on AML-relevant topics
- Coordinating various stakeholders and ensuring targeted project implementation
- Identifying optimisation potentials and developing sustainable solutions in the regulatory environment
Your Education and Experience:
- Professional experience in project management as well as in the area of financial crime compliance or in customer advisory at a bank
- You hold a degree in law or business administration
- Further training in project management, ideally Scrum
- Fluent German and English
