We are looking for motivated and substantively sound IAM consultants with a collaborative personality who convince through quality awareness and initiative.

What can you expect in this role?

As a Consultant / Manager in the IAM team, you have the opportunity to:

• Develop professionally and personally by supporting our customers in designing and implementing modern IAM architectures. This includes areas such as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer IAM (CIAM) and Access Management. You analyse requirements, evaluate technologies and develop solutions that work sustainably in real environments.

• Lead teams and successfully implement complex projects by managing project teams, ensuring high customer satisfaction and coaching and supporting younger colleagues in their development.

• Actively further develop our IAM portfolio and services by bringing in methods and best practices from customer projects, identifying trends and innovations, and sharpening our service offering to create sustainable added value for our customers.

What do you bring with you?

• A solid foundation: You have a university degree in computer science, information systems, business informatics or a related field and a strong affinity for IT and industrial technologies. Additionally, you have relevant certifications in IAM products (SailPoint, One Identity, Delinea, CyberArk, Okta), CISSP or comparable qualifications.

• Relevant experience and IAM / PAM know-how: A sound understanding of the IAM market in the DACH region, good knowledge of common IAM technologies and protocols as well as the classification of various products and licensing models in concrete customer requirements. Plus points for you if you have further experience in zero-trust domains such as network, device or infrastructure security.

• Strong communication and consulting skills: You communicate clearly and convincingly from CIO to IAM engineer and work closely with all relevant stakeholders to achieve sustainable results. As a team player, you actively contribute, take responsibility and show initiative from day one.
