A forward-looking and modern non-profit organisation, which with around 80 employees on behalf of ten municipalities ensures care and support at home for customers of all ages for around 32,000 inhabitants. A fulfilling task that is enjoyable.

Commercial Clerk EFZ with HR Focus, 60-80% Workload
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Co-responsibility for a flawlessly functioning HR administration
(onboarding and offboarding management, social insurances, absence management, time management, master data maintenance) - Support in recruitments
- Drafting interim and work references
- Claims and insurance management
- Support in payroll preparation and control
- Participation in the continuous development of HR processes
- Support in occupational health management (BGM)
- Collaboration in accounting
- Collaboration in public relations in the areas of homepage, social media, print
- Affinity for IT, mobile and digital processes
- Participation in projects
- Various general administrative tasks including telephone service
- Fixed full days

You bring with you:
- Commercial basic training (EFZ), ideally with further education in the personnel field (e.g. HR assistant, HR specialist)
- Professional experience, ideally in a Spitex organisation
- Solid IT skills (MS Office, Abacus, Perigon)
- Structured, efficient, independent working style
- Humorous, courteous personality with a professional appearance and exemplary manners
- Reliability, sense of responsibility and service orientation
- Quick comprehension and a pronounced networked way of thinking
- Team orientation, high communication and social skills
- Flexibility and discretion
- Native German speaker
