We are looking to strengthen the team at the Morges Clinic with a:

YOU HAVE
- A CFC Specialist diploma in catering or a diploma from a hotel school.
- Proven experience in high-end catering and hospitality as a maître d'hôtel or team leader.
- Proven experience in administrative and personnel management in catering.
- Proficiency in office and computer tools.
- A minimum B2 level in English. Another language would be an asset.
- Organizational skills, analytical thinking, ability to take a step back and synthesize.
- Leadership, ability to decide and unite.
- Excellent presentation, as well as a true customer orientation.
- Kindness, good communication, and pedagogy.
- Ability to work in a team and a spirit of solidarity.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.

YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure service to private patients by guaranteeing quality reception and follow-up according to the institutional reference framework.
- Take orders and serve meals to patients and clients.
- Prepare and check the setup of dining areas.
- Ensure efficient management of resources, materials, facilities, and equipment and participate in the choice of new acquisitions.
- Guarantee cooperation and coordination between service teams, medical, nursing, kitchen, reception.
- Assist the hotel assistants team, organize activities and control their execution.
- Collect evaluation indicators allowing performance control.
- Monitor and enforce self-control procedures and comply with applicable official directives.
- Participate in budget development and management.
- Manage the collection of catering and hospitality service payments.
- Ensure proper management of cash funds and financial receipts.
- Organize and supervise teaching activities and training of staff, apprentices, and interns.
