What to expect with us
- First point of contact for our residents and relatives
- Operating the reception and telephone switchboard
- Assisting with the clarification of financing before the admission of new residents
- Assisting with the management and administration of the resident database including admission and discharge formalities
- Assisting with the monthly billing and invoicing of all services at the site
- Independent cash management
- General administrative tasks
- Assisting with the organisation of site-related events
What you bring
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in a similar environment desirable
- Enjoyment of a very varied role
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications, experience with Lobos an advantage
- Precise, efficient and responsible working style with a flair for numbers
- Service-oriented, resilient, reliable personality who enjoys working in a team and has high social competence
- Flexibility and willingness to cover holiday absences within the admin team
