About the job

You are the first point of contact for our customers. Your main task is to support our internal service and logistics team through the professional processing of customer orders. This includes all administrative tasks related to order processing – from preparing quotations to preparing invoicing – as well as telephone support for our customers.

Furthermore, you handle technical and commercial enquiries and actively support our sales team. Thanks to your committed personality and sense of responsibility, you actively contribute to the success of the team. After internal training in our processes as well as the technical aspects of our products and services, you will have all the necessary skills to perform this role independently and professionally.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Very good German and Italian language skills
• Good IT user skills (MS Office)
• Knowledge of the construction industry or a technical field is an advantage
• High commitment, independent and customer-oriented working style as well as networked thinking
• Communicative and open personality with enjoyment of customer contact
