Your main tasks are
- Leading the care team with 36 residents
- Professional as well as warm-hearted care and support of the residents including involvement of relatives
- Interprofessional collaboration with all parties involved in care and support
- Responsibility for the care process
- Professional support and advice for employees, trainees and students
You have
- Training as a qualified nurse HF (DN II, AKP)
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care
- Independent, creative, solution-oriented and process-related working style
- Enjoy working with people with different care and support needs
- High social competence, patience and empathy
