Group Leader UVG (100%) with Leadership Strength and Communication Skills

Your Tasks

You are a communicative and determined personality who always keeps an overview and does not lose focus on the details even in complex situations. You are specifically seeking a position that allows you to take on responsibility with enthusiasm. Together with your team of seven employees, you ensure that personal injuries (minor cases, standard damage cases as well as complex UVG cases) are handled efficiently, precisely and with high quality. You rely on clear structures as well as legally secure decisions and comply with legal regulations. You skilfully know how to motivate and inspire your work environment as well as your team. Do you feel addressed? Then we should get to know each other.

You offer us:

• Professional experience in handling complex damage cases
• Leadership experience or deputy experience is a plus. Otherwise, we expect motivation and suitability to take on the task.
• Appreciation and understanding towards fellow human beings
• Confident German language skills
• Foreign language skills in French and Italian are an advantage
