What to expect

• You are responsible for the marketing and sales of high-performance polyamides in Switzerland.
• You primarily serve the market segments of industry and consumer goods.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop concrete customer projects from them.
• You build long-term customer relationships and continuously develop them further.
• You lead and motivate a team of Key Account Managers.
• Together with your team, you ensure the achievement of volume and sales targets.
• You develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• You advise customers on technical and complex products.

What you bring

• Ideally, you have many years of experience in plastics technology and/or mechanical engineering.
• You bring sound business management knowledge and leadership experience.
• You have experience in sales and marketing of technical B2B products.
• You are characterised by a strong customer orientation and high commitment.
• You are communicative, enthusiastic and results-oriented.
• You convince through negotiation skills and a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset.
• You have fluent German and English language skills.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• You have a high willingness to travel of around 30-40%.
