ICT Service Desk Employee (m/f/d)
CAMION TRANSPORT Headquarters | 80–100%
Start on 1 August 2026 or by arrangement
To complement our Service Desk team at the headquarters in Wil, we are looking for a proactive and helpful ICT specialist. You bring initial experience in ICT support, are looking to start in system technology, and want to benefit from an experienced team. We offer you the opportunity to start as a young IT specialist (m/f) and apply what you have learned!

Your tasks
- You handle tickets within our change, release, incident management, and request fulfilment management
- You work in support and assist users in dealing with ICT tools
- You analyse problems and find solutions in collaboration with other specialists
- You install PCs, tablets, and mobile phones and commission them
- You manage user accounts and permissions in IT systems
- You contribute to ICT ordering and administration
What you bring
- You have completed vocational training in IT or a similar qualification and want to enter the ICT world
- Experience in service desk and customer support is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly to IT problems and find solutions
- Experience in managing ticket systems
- You are well versed in M365
- You are a service-oriented team player with initiative and enjoy working with customers
- You have an interest in new technologies and are motivated to learn new areas
- German is your native language and you have English skills; French and Italian are an advantage
