Your challenge

• Competent and responsible care of patients before and after surgical procedures in the IMC and recovery room area
• Ensuring a professional and patient-oriented admission and entry organisation
• Implementation and monitoring of differentiated pain therapy, ensuring neurological monitoring and carrying out specific therapeutic measures
• Early recognition of clinical deteriorations and acute life-threatening situations as well as initiation of necessary measures
• Taking on additional responsibilities in daily ward routine, for example as shift leader, as well as participating in internal ward tasks and projects
• Interprofessional collaboration with doctors and other involved professional groups to ensure high-quality and patient-centred care
