What you can contribute

• Co-responsible for the measurement, control, regulation and management technology of technical systems
• Maintain, service and operate complex building and building services engineering systems
• Execute maintenance and order planning
• Carry out troubleshooting and optimisation work
• Implement minor repairs and measures to prevent operational failures, malfunctions and damage of all kinds

What makes you unique

• Completed training in a building technology discipline with NIV 15 connection permit
• Expertise in building technology with experience in the application of building management systems
• Problem- and solution-oriented; independent, socially competent, discreet, pleasant manners
• User knowledge in administration and IT (e.g. MS Office, building management system); driving licence category B; willing to perform on-call duty
• Oral knowledge of a second official language
