Task
You can contribute to this post- You support the web team in the relaunch of the internet services and the migration to the new content management system (Livingdocs). In doing so, you collaborate with various partners within SECO and conduct training sessions.
- You actively redesign the website structure and help make SECO's online presence more modern, attractive, and user-friendly.
- You edit texts and maintain content in the CMS (AEM and Livingdocs).
- You support the communication team in further developing the social media presence and in other communication projects, including monitoring and analysis.
- You independently research and create contributions in various formats (text, image, graphic, audio, video) that are used for various communication channels.
This makes you unique
- You have a completed degree (university or FH, bachelor or master) in communication, journalism, media studies, or media technology, ideally with a focus on web or digital communication. The degree must not be more than 12 months old at the time of employment.
- You have a strong affinity for the web and bring initial experience with CMS.
- You have proven experience with common social media platforms and in multimedia production, especially with a focus on videos.
- You think networked and customer-oriented, are flexible, committed, and resilient. You also enjoy working both independently and in a team.
- You write confidently and master at least two official languages as well as English in spoken and written form.

SECO is the federal competence center for all core issues of economic policy. Its goal is to ensure sustainable economic growth. To this end, it creates the necessary regulatory and economic policy framework conditions. The communication directorate is the hub for SECO's internal and external communication activities.
The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) is the federal competence center for all core issues of economic and labor market policy and belongs to the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (WBF). It promotes international market opening for goods, services, and investments. To reduce poverty, SECO is involved in economic development cooperation. It plans economic and trade policy measures in favor of developing countries, Eastern European and Central Asian countries, as well as the new member states of the European Union (EU).
