About the job

Technical Building Specialist (a) 80-100%

- You operate and monitor the building services systems (HVACSE)
- You carry out maintenance and repair work
- You maintain the outdoor facilities (including leaf and snow clearance)
- You are responsible for waste separation and disposal
- You support conversion and renovation projects
- You prepare meeting and conference rooms for events
- You conduct quality checks in the areas of building, cleaning and security
- You take on supervisory tasks including reporting
- You manage the building management system (including parameter adjustments)
- You are responsible for electrical or sanitary installations
- You provide on-call service and represent the property manager

- You have completed a vocational apprenticeship, ideally in building services (for foreign applicants: equivalent school leaving certificate)
- You hold a category B driving licence (up to 3.5 t) and have no entries in the criminal record extract
- You have experience in maintenance or service activities
- You are confident in using IT systems (MS Office, ticket tool etc.)
- You have proficient German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are physically fit and willing to work shifts and wear a uniform
