What you achieve
- You support the two executive members CMO and CNO in daily business and ensure that appointments, meetings, and administrative processes are well organised.
- In the attending, partner, and specialist doctor management, you take on versatile HR tasks and ensure careful management of contacts and documents.
- Together with the department heads "Processes and Innovations" as well as "Clinical Quality and Patient Safety," you work on operational and strategic topics and support their implementation.
- You maintain communication with internal and external contacts and ensure that information reliably reaches the right places.
- You can actively participate in strategic and operational projects in the areas of medical management and nursing.
- In addition, you take on deputising duties within the central secretariat pool at executive level.
What distinguishes you
For this responsible role, we are looking for a personality who enjoys organising, thinking ahead, and keeping an overview even in a lively environment.
- You have completed commercial training and bring at least two to three years of professional experience in a comparable role in healthcare. Further training as a Swiss federal executive assistant with a specialist certificate or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
- Working independently, in a structured and forward-looking manner is one of your strengths – you recognise what needs to be done and tackle it independently.
- You communicate confidently in German and ideally have knowledge of medical terminology.
- Flexibility is part of your approach: occasional evening appointments are no problem for you. The time spent will of course be compensated.
- Discretion and reliability are as natural to you as a friendly and professional manner.
- You bring humour, remain calm even in demanding situations, and contribute to a pleasant collaboration with your positive attitude.
